<p>Dr. Robert Cutietta, Dean of the USC School of Dance, has announced Jodie Gates will be the Vice Dean and Director of the new Kaufman School of Dance. Ms. Gates is a nationally know choreographer and educator. </p>
<p>In the past she was a principal ballerina with the Joffrey Ballet, but has been more involved in recent years with choreography.</p>
<p>The new school complex is in the design stage at this time.</p>
