<p>I couldn't help but notice that neither Michigan nor Berkeley is included in this ranking. It seems to be just a laundry list of non-ivy league/top 25 schools and I don't understand how Mich or Berk would not be there, while UVA, UNC, and UCLA are. Any insight?</p>

<p>They just want to sell books to kids who have think that not getting into one of these schools will be the end of their lives.</p>
<p>It's not like a school has to be Ivy League to be great. Most people probably think more highly of Stanford, MIT, etc. than Brown Dartmouth, etc.</p>
<p>Maybe they figure some schools are already old Ivies, and Berkeley is one of them? I'm not sure why. <em>shakes fist at the publication</em></p>
