<p>I was wondering if anyone who has participated in the NIH SIP could share a little about his/ her experience. I recently was contacted by a PI that he has a position for me in his lab. I was wondering what happens after this step. How long does the official notification (from the director of the program) and the other paperwork take?</p>

<p>I’m having the exact same problem right now. My PI requested his AA to prepare the paperwork, but it has been weeks since a positive response. I really don’t like where this is going…</p>
