NJ Mail Countdown!

oh crap theres like 22 applicants from west windsor-plainsboro i heard. glad i didnt do that. (5 mins off campus)

Good Luck inhaven!

Hey ppangan...it's after 11...checked your mail yet?? :p

Only 45-105 minutes left for me! :)

not yet...im gonna wait a little longer...trying to relax to some avenue Q (amazing show)..

yeh just kinda coincidental that one of the characters in the show is named ..wat else...Princeton...lol didnt plan that one :)

GOOD LUCK PTON EDers!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... my mail came :( :( :( :(
..defered

Do not despair. You're still in the game. I heard Princeton accepts a lot of people that they deferred.

spyder, I'm so sorry--but my friend, a freshman at Princeton, said that a lot of his friends were deferred and then admitted RD. So don't give up.

I hope that holds true Kebree :) I have not yet received my decision but hopefully if I get deferred.... I'll get lucky RD. But it'd be better to get accepted now, ahhh. I want it pretty badly :X

Spyder- What does the deferred letter say? What's the size, etc?

it's in a regular bussiness envelope...one sheet of paper, just says strong applicant pool and to send more stuff in by end of January and they'll consider you again...
Good luck guys, hope you have better luck than me.

spyder - are you serious? i'm so sorry :(

hey guys... im an NJ applicant (about 40 mins away from princeton) and i didnt get anything from them today

2 other people applying early in my town got theirdeferral letters today

anyway- i was thinking this was a good sign (espesc. since last year the kid who got into pton ed got his letter after all the other applicants) but now i see that people in ny are also getting accepted

seeing that i thought the reason could be was that the big envelopes were slower than regular close to pton, what should i think? do you think this is a good sign or just... neutral(they sent it later/it got lost)

p.s. i really doubt i got rejected/thatd be reeeeally surprising

supermtt--we really don't know. mail is weird sometimes. Obviously there are inconsistencies

why would the speed be impacted by size? no space for a large envelope on the truck lol?

supermtt37, I live in Central NJ and got nothing in the mail from Princeton too. The mailman said that it could take up to two days especially around this time of the year. Lets keep our fingers, toes, arms, feet and everything crossed.

2 kids from my school got deferred, i heard of one acceptance from a nearby school.

Well, I'm hoping I didn't get anything yet because of the mail system, not because there's an actual difference between priority and first class. >.<

same here Zante... and no christmas cookies for my mailman

Wow, crazy, zant! are you in the midst of a post-war?
