My financial aid award is still showing "estimated NJ tag grant" and the grant is not credited to term bill, do anyone have the same issue as I am currently experiencing?

HESAA has mailed me the notice about my NJ tag grant eligibility a month ago, and it did not require me submitting additional documents for determining the amount of grant or eligibility, so I assume Rutgers should have received the information

Happened to me last year. It just means they're verifying some of your information, as something may have been changed or some information might have been incorrect to being with.

You'll get the grant..don't worry about that. Unfortunately, you may have to pay your term bill by the 12th without the grant as it is still in the process of being verified. Once that is complete, RU will refund you the amount of the grant. (mine came in mid September)

hope that helps..

This happened to me this year too. Just drop by the financial aid office and show them the HESAA letter and they will take care of it on the spot.
