Apparently, there won't be any people living in hotels next year. This is good news. I was afraid I might get stuck there which would suck because all my classes would be on Busch. What kind of housing are they typically throwing transfers into? Daily Targum - U. projects no hotels next year

the crappy ones people dont want, or the leftovers, like livingston.

On College Avenue, usually the river dorms (Hardenbergh or Campbell). My former roommate was a transfer.

On Douglass, I think they place you into New Gibbons (it’s co-ed)

Livingston . . . not too sure. But you only really have the choice of the Towers and the Quads.

But yes, I’m glad people won’t be placed into hotels. That was ridiculous.

But what about Busch? And I thought that they tried to separate true freshman from transfers somewhat. I would LOVE to get the suites, but so would about 10,000 other people.

I know some transfers who are currently living in a Busch suite, but they are very lucky. I also have no idea how they got in there.
