<p>I applied to Penn for ED.
I still don't have an interview schedule. (they haven't contacted me yet...)
If I don't get an interview, does that mean that they didn't like my application?
I am so worried...My friends already finished their interviews with different schools. </p>

<p>I still don’t have one. Neither did the people that applied ED last year from my area. So I’m not too worried.</p>
<p>Whether or not you get an interview has nothing to do with how good or bad our app is. It’s all about whether there is a regional interviewer available who contacts you. When regional interviewers contact you, they haven’t even seen your app. They won’t know your scores or anything. They will know where you go to HS, where you live, and your name. That’s it, I believe. So I wouldn’t worry about it.</p>
<p>My interviewer knew what major I put down on my application, but yeah thats about it.</p>
<p>Don’t worry. You probably don’t have an interviewer near you. It has nothing to do with how good or bad your app is. I don’t think they matter much anyway as long as you don’t try to kill the interviewer or something like that. For the most part, an alumni interview can only help you but if you aren’t offered one then they won’t hold it against you.</p>
<p>I live literally 10 minutes from Philly and did not get an interview. I applied on Oct. 15th also. I am hoping to doesn’t make a difference; I don’t think it will because if they only chose certain people for interviews due to test scores/hooks etc. I could see them getting in major trouble. Good luck everyone! We are down to less than 2 weeks now for ED!</p>
