I’m currently not taking a math class junior year. I’ve taken Algebra 2 as a summer class before freshman year, Precalculus my freshman year, and Calculus AB my sophomore year. Calculus BC, AP Stats, and AP Comp Sci are full at my school. Considering I already have 3 years worth of math, would it hurt me to not have a math class junior year but instead take like AP Statistics my senior year? For my current schedule I’m taking Physiology, Drama (need visual/performing arts for a-g requirement), AP Psychology, US History, AP Lang/Comp, and a hospitality class that I’m required by the school to take.
You will be fine. You already have math through Calculus. You can take more math in your senior year.
Since you already have calculus, you have met or exceeded the high school math expectations of any college except for a few* that want to see a math course senior year, regardless of level achieved (which could be a problem for super-advanced-in-math students who have run out of available math courses).
It does not say anything good about your high school that is prevents a top math student from taking a math course (plus it had you in the slow paced AB course instead of a college paced BC course). If you really want to take a math course, can you take calculus 2 at a local college?
