<p>What happens to the Regents scholarships that are offered and not accepted? When one is offered, is there a timeframe in which to respond, or does the regular acceptance date apply? I'm wondering if there are a certain number of scholarships that will be given, and if one student turns it down will it then be offered to another?</p>
