Ok so I took the PSAT on the Oct 10,2018 day and scores for my state were supposed to be released today. However, looking at my collegeboard scores page only shows the scores for last year. Everyone else I know already has theirs up, it’s just me who doesn’t have it.
Did my scores get cancelled, or am I just an idiot who can’t write her email address properly?
Hello! I did email collegeboard, but no reply yet. I was wrong and it turns out my whole testing room didn’t get theirs. Other students in that room and I emailed the guidance counselor, and she said that many students have reported the issue to her, but she does not have the scores and will have to ask the testing coordinator. However, no response from the coordinator yet either. RIP me.
I’m glad your son was able to see his scores though!
My daughter was in the first group of new PSAT testers and they had to wait till early January. It was pushed back from the original release date of December (2nd week or so) in order to double check their roll-out. The entire release system was going online for the first time. While I wasn’t happy about the delay, I also know that it would have taken MUCH longer for the school counselors to distribute those score reports than just getting it online.
Consider yourselves lucky if you are delayed a few days or a week. The College Board has come a long way since Fall 2015.
Our twins took it on the same October date. One can get scores, the other cannot. S called CB and they couldn’t figure it out - told him he’d get an email in 5-7 business days from a “higher up” rep who would try to assist him. We got his score from the school GC, but he can’t see what he got wrong. So, it doesn’t seem to be a test delay issue.
Turns out my son bubbled his own last name incorrectly (LOL, long last name)…counselor had his score and had to provide the “access code” so we could then go verify his account info on the website. Then, the 2018 test score showed up. Phew.
