No questionaire = rejection??

You people are giving me a headache. They changed the SAT in response to the above criticisms (removed analogies section, made the math cover more material) and added a writing section. So the SAT has become more like the achievement tests. Since they changed the SAT to meet the demands of the UC system, if the UC system were to drop something, it would be SAT II. BEFORE they were threatening to drop the SAT, that is why College Board changed the SAT.

the SAT Reasoning is the one that is less important, as it does not test anything taught in high school and as performance upon it is highly based on how many private SAT courses one has taken.

Regardless, UC still values it more, or else they'd be getting rid of it, too. They are not. This is fact.

The UCOP threatened a while about to get rid of the SAT Reasoning test from the UC application.

If you didn't know, that was before the SAT was changed -- as kenf1234 has said. They are not doing that now.

In addition, the SAT IIs show about as much value as AP scores.

I know this thread got kinda off topic, but if I received the questionnaire does it mean I'm probably going to get accepted or have a good chance of it?

questionnaire = borderline applicant
medical questionnaire = different; required from all students who send an application that exhibits a possible disability

Yeah mine was medical. I guess that doesn't give me any clue whether I have a good chance or not.

i got one too for my brain tumor. i didn't send in a medical thing from a doctor though, because my tumor hasn't really limited my functionality, but it has effected my life (obviously). i did fill out the questionnaire and submit a letter of recommendation. i hope they don't reject me for not sending that piece in :|
