<p>I wrote to Dartmouth asking about what to do about my app fee waiver and I havent received a reply yet. I had sent two emails(different questions) previously over the past 4 months and did not get a single reply!</p>

If payment of the application fee would cause unusual financial hardship for you or your family, you may be eligible for a waiver of the application fee. To request a waiver of the fee, send a letter of explanation and one of the following supporting documents: a copy of your parents' 2006 federal income tax return, or a College Board Request for Waiver of the Application Fee signed by your counselor, to:</p>

<p>So it looks as though you have to provide a copy of the Foreign Student Financial Aid Application with your letter.</p>

<p>I thought I also had to send in the College Board Fee Waiver. But since I am not eligible for the College Board Fee Waiver I wanted to ask whether a request from the school Head would suffice.</p>
