<p>that guy probably wasn’t sure if he wanted the class or not so just waitlisted it to fill up his units and see if he’d get in</p>
<p>mkapur is true. The class doesn’t have to be full to waitlist yourself, although I’m not sure why people do it…</p>
<p>but why would you waitlist yourself if you can just enroll and drop it later? by waitlisting yourself, aren’t you using up your unit total (for telebears) and if the class fills up and nobody drops out, you won’t be able to get in later anyways, right?</p>
<p>There is one person on the waitlist b/c the discussion section he/she signed up for is full.
