No school documents at all?

Ok, so I started doing my UC application.
Then I noticed that I don't need any kind of school document at all

Since they don't require recommendations, I don't need to ask teachers,
and I believe I don't have to submit my transcript until after I have decided to enroll.
It does not ask for any school reports.

Well just to make sure, am I doing this right?
Does the UC system require no sort of document from school at all?
i.e. are all parts of the application filled out by the candidate?

You’re doing it right. They sometimes request transcripts and verification of EC’s if you are the lucky 1% or so that are randomly screened, but other than that, you don’t have to submit anything.

thank you for the response! :)

Yep, it’s based on the honor system.

They screen some applicants, but for the most part, you don’t have to send in anything until you get accepted. Once that happens, you send in the info and they check that everything matches. So, be truthful! :)

Don’t forget to send in SAT/ACT test scores though!
