<p>It is being discontinued for the 2011-12 year, not 2010-11 year. Congress could always decide to fund the program again, but I seriously doubt it will happen. The ACG will also go away as well.</p>
<p>Yes it is still here for 2010-2011 (my daughter has it in her FA award) but is scheduled to sunset after that. From what I have read there are no plans to extend it or the ACG after 2010-2011.</p>
