<p>Hard to say. In my mind, I would say an acceptance would be rare at this point if you didn’t receive either emails. But I wouldn’t bet my life on it.</p>
<p>The emails were sent at random, supposedly. So not receiving either email does NOT mean you were rejected. Wait for your letter to arrive. NYU accepts a couple thousand students, they wouldn’t email ALL accepted students - just no.</p>

<p>That’s just my guess… it would be much easier to email all accepted students rather than not. I don’t see what would prevent that.</p>
