okay...ill stick with your advice and ask the intl admissions office in detail abt it! Andrea, skygirl thankyou for the info!
:)

does anyone know where is the 'essay topic' or watever located?? how d we submit?

I sent my application in mid December, but didn't receive my pioneer info until around mid to late january.

just be patient. Grinnell is a school that is rising in popularity and selectivity, and is quite small. my dad (an alum) is surprised by how popular the school has become and the amount of applications that have been received in recent years.

still no id/pass, help please??

i just got an email today, and i applied on january 20. so yours should be coming soon.

i just got it too! i suppose there is a very large nr of international applicants this year, that's why they delayed their confirmation e-mails. anyway if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail until the end of next week you should probably call them.

Anyway I wish I never got it now (:. One of teachers rec is missing, all my school transcripts are missing. Should I call thm ASAP, or wait for a couple of days to see if they code it out?
Anyone with missing stuff call thm yet recently?

^ Have you read the statement below? It says if you are sure that you exactly had sent the missing materials, you should not bother to e-mail or telephone them. It would, on the other hand, even delay their already delayed work.

I sent everything in ONE package, but the status still says three of them are missing. So I am just going to wait for a while. They must be real busy around this time.

skygirl, all of my stuff is listed as missing also. but i know my teachers sent it, because other schools say that they have already received it. i am going to wait for a little while before i call or email.

Tsenguun and Andrea cool, thanks! I sent my app on the 19th so tht added to the delay I guess.
Had anyone heard how many students applied, and how many they are taking this year?

I had the educational background summary form missing, but that's because I forgot to send it :D . Anyway I sent them an e-mail and they said I could fax it asap. However if you guyz have already sent all your stuff you'll have to wait a couple of days more.
I heard Grinnell apps have increased by 17% this year (wow! ) but I'm not sure; maybe this is for internationals.
I was glad to discover a new interesting fact about Grinnell. The coordinators there can reply your e-mail instantaniously :)

I got mine today. As Tsenguun said, it shows materials are missing, even though i sent them in one package. Goodluck ALL

I got my acceptance letter and still haven't received the pioneer username n password!!!!!

not recieved the id and password yet.. i m calling them tomorrow

Giajale, the same thing happened to me... the whole college process is just weird sometimes.
