Nobles, Groton, Middlesex, Concord Academy, Belmont Hill chances

I am a 13-year-old male applying to Nobles, Groton, Middlesex, Concord Academy, and Belmont Hill to be an incoming 9th grader. My ssat percentile was 93(grade) 92(gender scaled) and I get As and Bs in school.
-In student council and school clubs
-play tennis year-round competitively(for 5 years)
-play saxophone year round(In school band)
-Computer Coding at the high-school level.

My interviews went well and my recommendations should be fine, (I asked Math teacher, English Teacher, Tennis Coach, and private Saxophone teacher)

I am not applying for Financial Aid(Will pay in full)

What are my chances for getting in?

you seem well rounded. Id say CA and belmont

  1. This should be in Prep School Chances
  2. Regardless of the fact that nobody can give you accurate chances, they especially can't without seeing your essays. Many applicants will have similar stats - the essays are how you will stand out to admissions officers.

You should be admitted to two or three schools on your list because you are a well rounded applicant with respect to sports, music, SSAT score & grades. Additionally, as a full pay student you gain an advantage.

I just want to add that what you’ve posted (grades and SSAT) will not keep you from getting into schools, and your ECs show that you are well-rounded and committed. But please remember that they are not the only factor into whether or not you get into schools (as I mentioned in my last post, from what I’ve read on CC the essays seem to be a major factor).

@Publisher thanks, also I thought most schools were need-blind?

@michael_he88 Most boarding schools aren’t - this is what makes schools like Andover stick out. If you’re interested in a full list here’s an old thread: http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/prep-school-admissions/1670166-which-american-high-school-boarding-schools-are-need-blind-for-fa.html (the thread is old so some facts may be outdated, if you look at CC threads you should be able to find an updated list). Being full-pay means that you don’t have to worry about not being accepted because schools can’t meet your demonstrated need, and will not accept you so they don’t have lower yield rates.

@ThatScorpio ok thanks

Amongst boarding schools, only Andover is need-blind

I moved it.
