Nominations

I already applied for a nomination to my two senators, and now I'm applying for one from my congressman. Should I send the request, etc to his Washington office or to his local office?

Umm...generally... your instructions are in the packet, or on their website.

Typically, it is to the local office, but not always. Check first.

I suggest you call the local office and introduce yourself to the person coordinating the nomination process. They will give you the best information on the process and will be a valuable contact to have to verify that all the required information and recommendations are received by the office. In most cases, the congressional rep has limited involvement in the nomination process. The bulk of the work is done by the nomination coordinator and the members of the nomination board of review.

Good luck with your application.
