Don’t focus on Neuroscience as an undergrad. That “major” can be created by combining bio and psych classes.
With an EFC of 0 and relatively strong academic credentials, it seems like Berea College in KY would be a possibility. With a disabled mother, it seems like distance would be a consideration.
Berea may also be interested in the dad’s income. Also, I forget if OP lives in Appalachia, but if not getting into Berea is very difficult.
