Background
Graduated high school in 2008
Went straight to university of my state and took 2 classes had 2.8.
I transferred to another university to pursue a nursing career.
I took 2 classes and received A- in both. Next semester I dropped 2 classes.
Grandfather was very ill and I was diagnosed with PCOS and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Registered again another semester and then my grandfather passed. I stopped going to classes after the 2nd week and never dropped the courses. I headed down a dark path in life..
So I ended up with 2 Fs.
I never went back to school.1 year later started working and moved out on my own. Took 1 class at community college and got a B.

Now currently...
I decided to go back to the original university I attended In 2008. On the readmission form I didn't disclose that I attended other colleges. I was re-accepted and have been doing really well. All As and Bs in my 4 classes so far this semester.

I found out that gpa doesnt transfer just credits, so I called an advisor today to find out where to have my transcripts sent.

She sounded worried for me saying that this was a non-disclosure of information. She said shed

Can I be kicked out mid semester? I'm a much better student now that I'm older and more focused. I'm doing so well in school.. what can they do to me?

I’m in the same boat. I failed the 2 class I took at a 4 year university and never thought I’d go back to college. 2 years later I applied to a CC and left off my previous college. I decided that I want more than an associates degree and plan to transfer to a different 4 year university. I also plan to go into a masters program there too so I really need to show my transcript from my first college. I want to tell my current CC about the first college I attended, but I’m scared they will expel me. I honestly never knew it was such a big deal to provide all previous transcripts. I’m debating whether or not to tell my current school about it. I will definitely put it on my app for the school I’m transferring too though.

If you are dishonest in your college application. No matter how good your scores are or have been, if the school found out, you will be dismissed or disciplined, it all depends the schools policy. But you have to face the music either way.

In addition, if that disciplinary action is on your transcript, you will have problem to be accepted by any college and employees will look at you differently.

I know this is an old thread, but in case you check back. Everyone went well for me regarding the issue last year. My adviser told me she had to report it, but she felt for me. I was required to write a letter explaining my situation and apologizing for my withholding of information. I was basically given a warning. They said it would be best if I maintained a great record from then on. (No academic dishonesty, etc) They saw how well I was doing in classes and I think that was a factor. I would suggest being honest, and making them relate to your situation. I explained what was happening in my family life at the time that affected my decisions.
My adviser did tell me however, that things like this have begun happening more and more and that they were eventually going to implement a policy. Find out what your schools policies are, and if they have any regarding non-disclosure. I’m sure you’ll be fine!
Good luck!
