<p>I know someone who was recently hired by Penn State and is seeking a house or apartment for rent. Needless to say, it's nearly impossible, with the fall semester so close. They would like to be within walking distance of campus, but preferably not at one of the party-heavy undergrad apartment buildings. If anyone knows of a rental close to campus that might be a good fit for a non-student, please PM me. (They are already scouring CraigsList, but no luck so far.)</p>
