Hey, I'm a little new to this forum, so I don't really know how everything works. Sorry!

However, I need major help with the PROFILE application.
My parents are divorced, so I knew my dad would have to fill out the noncustodial PROFILE application. So after my mom finished I was waiting for a confirmation email to be sent to me with the initial password, but I never got it! My mom only got a receipt for paying for the PROFILE application, nothing else. It's been about a day since I did the application. So, what happened? Does my dad not have to fill it out or is it a glitch?

I sent a ticket in to college board but they're not responding (no surprise since it's the holidays). But what should I do?

When you first registered for CSS Profile I think you were supposed to indicate that your parents were divorced. Registration screen would then display all colleges from your list that require NCP Profile and instructions for NCP on how access it. You should have captured this screen. Log into CSS and l see if you can find this Registration info somewhere. Or call Collegeboard tomorrow.

You could have inputted your father’s email on this screen. There was a link.

I did indicate that my parents were divorced when I registered, and it even asked me questions of when they divorced and other financial stuff on the application. When I finished the application is also gave me a status on the NCP with instructions on accessing it.
The only other possible thing I can think of that happened was I gave my dad’s email and it was sent to him instead of me, but I can’t remember if I did that.
