Oh and what region/state are you from? I’m from Nevada, and I’m not really sure, but I think my app will be part of the California pool. I hope that doesn’t make it a lot more competitive!</p>

<p>I just submitted mine today. I think I could get to semis depending who reads my essays 
are the regions still the same as last year and do these scholarships still include MacBook airs? :3 they did last year anyways now anxiously waiting for Hamilton Award notifications and then these… The day of the APUSH exam I believe! Anyways I’m from MA ^_^</p>

<p>I hear the app pool is 13k+… How do they manage to read that many essays and select people in 2 weeks haha! They must have a large staff dedicated to just reading apps for those 2 weeks X) </p>
<p>That’s what I was wondering! They must have some program that takes out all of the incomplete apps people have submitted, but still… They have about 14 days (excluding today and the 16th) to go over thousands of people. That’s pretty crazy.</p>
<p>They probably go through the apps as they come in before may 1st. @seoulbound I am also from MA
