<p>Is anyone in here a normal student? I mean jeez, looking down the list 9 times out of ten the "student" described is near perfect. Where are all the average students?</p>
<p>hehe i'm in the same boat. i'd agree. sometimes it gets crazy. nice to hear there are other normal people out there:)</p>
<p>I guess I am a normal kid, I mean my sat score isn't oo impressive (not yet at least) 2060 or 1380 m+v combined from 2 sat's. I have a low avg, around 93, and weighted around 96 on 100 point scale, ap are weighted,but honors are not. The only thing that separates me from other students are my sat 2's and my extracurricullars. I got 750 world sat 2, and sat2 bio- 760, hoping for 770+ math 2c. My ec awards include 2nd award at the 2004 NYSCEF (NY science and engineering fair 2004), second place in a ny poetry contest ( i got printed in local papers), and i always enter some writing contest, or have a math or science club/ event. Also I took 3 ap classes this year, will ttake 4 ap's next year. If you want to commment on my stats, please visit my posts:

<p>a 1380 isn't bad, it's pretty hard to get.</p>
<p>anyway, this site has a bunch of infalted crap and i really doubt the truthfulness of a lot of it.</p>
<p>Your SAT score is way abover average which is about 1000. So there are MANY normal kids out there. The sad thing is everyone wants to go to Harvard and Stanford. A 1380 won't get many there. But it will get you into the vast majority of the schools in the US!</p>
