<p>We have World History, US History 1, US History 2 AP, and AP US Gov/electives. World and US 1 can be in honors, and the elctives are sociology and anthropology.</p>
<p>Freshman year: no history class (geography takes its place)
Sophomore year: World Civilization / AP Euro Hist
Junior year: US Hist / AP USH
Senior year: AP Micro / AP Gov't. </p>
<p>So no, my school doesn't make use multiple years of US history... how boring. haha.</p>
<p>We have to take Civics (History of the gov't sorta thing)/Georgraphy freshman year, World sophomore year, us junior, and economics senior year. Plus we have euro but that's an elective.</p>
<p>9: Global Studies, Contemporary World, Humanities World History
10: US History (AP, H, CP, Humanities)
11: elective
12: American Government and one semester elective</p>
<p>Civics (7th grade) Geography (taken in 8th, counts as hs credit) World History (9th) AP US if you're motivated, otherwise no history (worst class EVAR) - 10th
US history or ap us history, take your pick, unless you took a class in 10th grade - 11th Govt or AP Govt, choice is yours -12th</p>
<p>Elective: World Civilization.</p>
<p>History sucks, im way more of a science person. sorry don't mean to offend any possible history majors here. I'm just one of those people that don't have 10 GB memories to fill with historical facts.</p>
<p>And you know the best part....I get the same teacher for ALL 3 years of US history because there is one teacher for all us 1. then that teacher also teaches 1/2 the us 2s and the ap teacher teaches the other 1/2 us 2s this year. I got the us 1 teacher for us 2, but the ap teacher is retiring next year, so I get this teacher for AP.. w00t. Shes cool, but she gives a lot of busy work. At least I get As</p>
