Northeast Premed Programs???

Hey guys,

I'm a junior in high school. although i dont have the most outstanding gpa or sat scores, i have taken the most rigorous course load in high school and pulled pretty good grades, mostly A-s, B+,s and a B in ap history. i was looking to enter either a good premed program (just the normal 4 years, mcat, etc...) or an accelerated med program (ie, 6-7 years). I live in the northeast and don't really want to move very far away. I was wondering if you guys could offer me any help on some good, but not insanely difficult-to-get-into, premed programs at some schools around here. any advice would be greatly beneficial, seeing as it is the summer before senior year and im trying to shorten my list. so far i have:

-brandeis
-trinity
-umass amherst
-college of the holy cross
-colby (not sure yet...)
-rpi (acclerated pre-med program: 3 yrs, then 4 yrs at med school)
-BU (not sure because its too busy and just HUGE)

thanks a lot!

According to what I learnt, BU BA/MD program IS insanely hard to get into.
(I think the typical SAT score for someone accepted is 1550/1600)
They also require SATII chem, bio, and mathIIC (and good scores on them...)

i have heard that Brandeis and Holy Cross have excellent undergrad science programs..

thanks guys, brandeis and holy cross are high up there on my choices so far.

P.S. i took the acts first time without studying and got a 28, how will this fair for me?

not very good if ur looking to get into some combined programs
generally 32+ is standard
