Northeastern, Pitt, Rochester, Tulane, Villanova

Right now, I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out which school is the best fit for me (Northeastern, Pitt, Rochester, Tulane, Villanova).

I really want a more medium sized school, where you can walk to class and see 4 people you do know, and 4 you don't know. And I would really prefer smaller classes – I'm trying to avoid an abundance of 300 person lectures. I also really want a division 1 school where students are excited about their sports and go to every game. I want a more urban campus, within a comfortable distance of a city with a lot to do and a lot to see. I am worried about the amount of partying at whatever school I choose. I want the school I go to to have a diverse social scene in which I can go partying one weekend, go out in the city the weekend after that, and stay in my dorm the weekend after that and not feel out of place.

It's also important to me that wherever I go has a laid back student body, with a lot of diversity in the types of students. It's not imperative, but it would be really convenient if there was a 4 year housing guarantee (one which a lot of students utilize preferably). Also, I am an undecided major, so I need to go somewhere that is accommodating and helpful. Another thing I'm looking for is diversity. I'm most interested in global diversity (lots of international students) and nationwide diversity (lots of students from every state). Lastly, I want a campus that I know is safe. Especially since I want to be in a city (I am well aware of the crime that goes along with cities).

If anyone has any information on any of these schools, I would really appreciate your help!!
