Northeastern Trading Floor and classes taught by TA's

My son just committed to D’Amore McKim for Fall 2019. I have two questions which I completely forgot to ask while at admitted students day. Does the business school have a trading floor, and are many classes taught by TA’s?

Don’t know about the business school, but my daughter only had TAs teaching recitation classes or a computer lab section (when a class is very large they will sometimes have a recitation class which is an extra small section which meets once a week that allows you to get more help and ask more questions).

I don’t think NEU has a trading floor, or anything that resembles those at Bentley and Babson. Bentley had a pretty robust set up, Babson’s was smaller. NEU might offer your son a chance to co-op at a firm with real trading to get some experience, There are quite a few financial firms located close to the school were kids from the biz school land co-ops regularly.

Seconding that no classes are taught by TA’s - they are used for labs/recitations to review material from lectures and to hold additional office hours in addition to the professors for help with assignments.
