Northeastern University - changing major between colleges

At Northeastern University - I understand that we have to apply to an individual college for admission. After admission - how flexible are they in transferring from one college to another?

I am a rising senior; interested in Northeastern. My current interests in majors are spread across three colleges (Bioengineering in Engineering; Biology in Science and Health Sciences in Health College). I am expecting to zero in my major by app time, but if I wanted to change major after a semester/year, wondering if it’s still possible.

TIA.

Very very easy. I was even able to change colleges and majors in my portal, without having ever committed or stepped foot on campus

You can apply undecided to the Explore Program, which has a lot of good advising freshman year and can declare a major after one or even two years. My S was reluctant to declare a major because he heard the Explore advisors were better than those in other programs.

Switching colleges is very easy. The exceptions are if you want to switch into nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy or architecture and design in CAMD. Those would require a second review of your application (and submitting a portfolio for architecture and design).

Unless it’s new, architecture does not require a portfolio. However, if you submit a portfolio for admission, you are eligible for review for additional scholarship funds.
