I am so glad I finally found people as stressed as I am
They prefer weekends so to avoid botherations at admission office probably Friday evening for UG and HPME results on Saturday morning
I just want them to stop playing and give me my rejection so I can stop stressing haha
literally same
I wish they would just saw it bc they obv already know
Say *
i got deferred early decision so i know they’ve been sitting on that rejection for months now like come on sis lemme just have it
@swiss112 same here
@swiss112 lmaoo I’m dead
Who else has checked their portals at least 37 times today hoping for something to spontaneously update … I mean I know they’ve had my rejection letter ready since probably January but its fine.
You guys, are hilarious. I needed a chuckle.
I’m a parent of a kid waiting on NU. I was reading this thread as 4:45 rolled by and then again at 6. You students are very funny. I loved the statistical analysis of when the decisions would be released. Very humorous. Best of luck to you all!
SO its official. either 3/21 or 3/22.
Im leaning towards 3/22 even thought there are mixed findings by ppl here and webpages for and against the date being the decision date, but im just guessing, just because.
Its about between 4-7pm CST though, either day.
My guess is 3/22 around 6 pm for UG results and HPME next day 3/23 around 11 am
IMO thats a good bet.
Idk much about HPME, but from my limited knowledge I’d argue its the same date and time as UG results.
Just so you guys all know, you are all incredible. As an NU alum married to an NU alum, and after consulting with all of my friends from NU…none of us would have gotten in under the standards being applied to you all. Not kidding. I’ll admit, my essays were kick-ass, but I never even made it to calculus, and my high school didn’t offer AP classes. So whether you get in or not, just know that you’re a hell of a lot smarter than the generations that came before you.
will they send an email first? or portal first?
@huttens No clue.
Some schools do portal first like Stanford, some do email first like Caltech
Just wait for it. Its mostly 3/22 7pm CST
Did anyone call the admission office?
HPME is a direct 7 year BS/MD program at NW
Admits 20 students every year out of around 8000 students apply and invites 120 students for interviews
