They said they received over 40,000 applications for an entering class of roughly 2,000 students which means they accepted more than 2,000. However, I think the 40,000 includes ED. I anyone finds out the total for RD please post it. I think it was just over 6% last year. Thanks!

@afflaughs I’m 7-0 too! It probably won’t last but I’ve gotten into my top two (Northwestern and Notre Dame) so at this point I don’t really care what happens next lol
Congrats to everyone else who got in!
And to those who did not just know that Northwestern may be missing out on some awesome talent but other schools will definitely capitalize on it and you’ll be great wherever you go!!

Basically from two links its evident it is pretty much in line with last year, which was dipped ~05-1% across top schools including NU.

accepted to school of communication! 33 ACT (35E 30M 35R 32S), shaky grades w/ upward trend (3.3 uw freshman year, 3.9 senior). 10/10 recs, 10/10 commonapp essay, 9/10 why northwestern essay. super strong/prestigious awards, pretty solid ECs.
Accepted! 1580 SAT, 3.96 UW GPA, no weighted GPAs or class ranks at my school.
