<p>Hmmm, haven’t received an application confirmation email or an interview invitation yet.</p>
<p>I am pretty sure, but not positive, that if you haven’t gotten an email yet from HPME, then you didn’t an interview. That’s just a hunch. This is based on the fact that they have been interviewing for a week now (which means 3 interview days total) and that people at the complete end of the alphabet have gotten interviews.</p>
<p>So I assume they won’t be handing out rejection letters/emails for us who haven’t heard until after the interview process?</p>
<p>^^sadly, this may start being true. After looking at past years, ppl on this forum have received interview notifications (like more than 5-6 a year) in early feb. After about feb 15-theres usually only one or two on here. </p>
<p>In the past -ppl have also gotten rejection letters from HPME-has ANYone received one yet? This may help determine if they are still handing invitations out–if not–someone can call, i guess and ask.</p>

<p>I received an interview invitation via email last week, but I’m fairly positive that interviews don’t start until February. That’s just my guess, unless they’ve been interviewing people from the midwest and from the east coast…because I’m in california</p>
<p>The interviews started January 25. I don’t know when they end.</p>
<p>I found out my official SAT scores were never sent to Northwestern, so I called an admissions officer on Friday and she noted that in my application, and I sent a rush report. My test scores should be on the transcript that was sent to HPME, though. And tomorrow i’ll have my counselor fax a copy of test scores there as well.</p>
<p>Am I in trouble?</p>
<p>I would definitely call the HPME Office. They called me when I was missing a teacher letter of recommendation, so I’m sure they would have called about your missing materials. The only thing is that Northwestern has to accept you before HPME can offer you the interview</p>

<p>Just received interview email yesterday (1/31)! It says the interview will be held throughout Feb.</p>
<p>wait, since when does NU have to accept you first? Last yr someone was on the waitlist for NU and got into HPME-did they change it?</p>

<p>Those of you who got an interview, when did you submit your app? I did mine right before the deadline, and I haven’t heard back from them yet (no app confirmation, rejection, or interview offer).</p>

<p>yea, I also got an interview notice on feb 4th. It was definitely the best news so far regarding these direct programs for me, so Im guessing interview notifications may be given out for a week/week and a half-the email said itnerviews are through feb.</p>
<p>HPME Admissions Office is still reveiwing applications they will be sending out the interview calls thru March.</p>
