Northwestern: Reach, UC Davis: Match. Am I correct?

HS GPA: 3.3 UW, 3.48 W
College GPA: 3.50-3.75 (2.8 first semester, 4.0 last semester, don't know this semester but most likely 3.8-4.0)

SAT Math: 760
SAT Reading: 700
SAT Writing: 690 (should I not report this?)

SAT II Math II: 740
SAT II U.S. History: 790

ECs: Tutoring low-income students, tutoring at a "second chance" high school, volunteering to build homes in Mexico, chairman of my church's youth group in senior year.

Also will it matter if I apply in Winter, Spring, or Fall? And I know I don't have much of a chance; NW is my reach school, Davis is my safety school.

Major: Economics/Mathematics (A in all math classes, 1 C 1 A in econ with intent to repeat the C)

I saw a thread about thread with stats from the US News and World Report saying that 95% of Davis students were in the top 10% of their class, while 85% of Northwestern students were. Does that mean Davis and Northwestern are both reaches?

I go to a California community college, but haven't found the transfer forum that helpful.

yes i think i would aggree

your sat scores are above average than those of UC davis.

Davis doesn't look at SAT scores for transfers. I posted those to compare to Northwestern SAT scores.

Bump, could I get some more opinions and answers to my other questions?

Bump again.

Another bump.

Oh, I didn't catch that you were a transfer student. My bad

Could you give me chances based on that?

Bump again.

Is it normal for a thread to be this ignored on CC?
