<p>Is it possible, based on a family's circumstances, that the student could get a full ride, or almost, at Northwestern? Does anybody know of a time when this happened? If so, can you possibly detail a little on that student's situation and why they got such a good aid package? Thank you so much.</p>
<p>Last year I had an aid package at NU that was comprable to my other offers. My EFC was 0 though, so I got about the same aid at any of the colleges that I applied to that pledged to meet 100% of need. In my experience northwestern is as generous with their need based aid as anyone out there.</p>
