Not Eligible for Need-Based Aid at Yale?

<p>Hey everyone! I'm an international student that was accepted to Yale SCEA on Thursday, and after I calmed down - it took a while - I checked my financial aid offer.</p>

<p>Yale says I'm not eligible for need-based financial aid, and isn't giving me anything! But my family has one working parent, and we're in the ~$100,000/year income bracket with pretty average assets and stuff. Yale's online financial aid calculator says I should be getting up to $40,000/year in need-based financial aid - is it possible that either we filled out the forms wrong (our international tax forms, etc don't exactly fit the CSS Profile) or Yale made a mistake? Yale's my absolute dream school and it put a pretty huge downer on my day to see their letter.</p>

<p>You need to contact Yale. They are the only ones who can answer your questions about the forms, and whether you completed them accurately.</p>
