This doesn't exactly fit into SATSTs, but I couldn't find a more appropriate forum. I have a question about the National Latin Exam (at any level).

Did you submit your scores to colleges? Did it go automatically with your transcript?

if u recieve a medal u can notify them

put it under the awards section....ahhh i love latin :0

Update: I was told today that I got silver rnedal and maxima cum laude.

you already got your scores back? we have had this whole week off so hopefully i'll find out monday. really hoping for 3rd straight gold, but i'm not expecting it. carpe....are u taking ap this year?

Nope, I'm in Latin I. :) I never took Intro, so this was my first NLE; up to this year I've just taken Spanish, now I'm in both Spanish and Latin. The way our curriculm is, we hadn't done infinitives, future, and some other concepts at the time of the exam, so I was pretty shocked at how easy I found it. We took our exam a couple weeks early, so I'm not sure if every school has them back yet.

ohh i see...well keep up with the latin thing. at my school two years is mandatory, then you can take ap your last two years which is what i'm doing...as you learn more, you'd be suprised how much it helps with defining words and things like that just in everyday reading/conversation. plus it's always nice to translate/understand stuff like caveat emptor and other common sayings, always raises some eyebrows haha
