Brace yourselves, lots of questions ahead.

"Summer Enrichment Programs." I've done a few (mostly free) ones, ranging from one weekend to six weeks. Should I just not include these programs? Or should I put them in the activities section/additional information? I'd put them in activities, but then I'd have less room for EC's, and I don't think I could fit everything. If I do put them in activities, and it was an overnight week-long thing, should I write "24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 1 week?"

Independent research projects. I've also done a couple of those, and I'm unsure as to where I should put these. Activities section doesn't have a "research" option. Each one was about 65 hours total to complete, and that's ~130 hours, which I don't really want to leave off the application. Would this go in the additional information section, too?

Awards. There's no section for academic awards/distinctions, and if there is, I can't find them. Addition Information?

I've been taking an instrument for about 10 years now and I've put a considerable amount of time into it, but I don't have a leadership position because it's an instrument. If I put in Music/Instrumental in the activities section a Position/Leadership is required. How would I put this in?

Similarly, there's a club I put a lot of time and effort into, but I don't have a leadership position (the positions were always dominated by seniors, and I lost my officer election this year). Should I just not bother to put it in?

I've lead some projects in the community, and they weren't small projects. Additional info or activities?

Last one, swear. I can't get my Eagle Scout rank until February 2014 because I have to be a my current rank for six months. If I have everything else done, can I write "Eagle Scout February 2014?" or just not put it in at all?
