I've already given 3 SAT subject tests in Physics, Math 1, Math 2. My score in Physics was 760 so now I'm confident of 800 so I was considering giving that exam again.

However, my real problem is that I was also thinking about giving the chemistry SAT, but I'm not so sure if I can manage an 800. I'l try my best, but Chemistry isnt my best subject since I'm not too good at memorization.

Also, since my school exams in Chem have been based on analytical thinking, I have a great school record in Chemistry (topped 2 years successively), so I was wondering if a 7XX score might look bad?

That was because there were no books for practice available in my local market, so except for the few questions on CollegeBoard.com, I had no idea what the test would be like. Yeah, and L1 sure does look funny if you get 800 on L2, but imagine, I had gone through single variable calculus and my nerves were wrecked before Math L1! :D

I'm applying ED to Carnegie Mellon, problem is humanities isnt my greatest strength. Its been two years since I last studied world history (that's how the system works here), and though I was really good at it back then, I'm not so sure of how much I remember now, plus I'll have to go out of my way to study humanities, because I'm focusing almost exclusively on higher than AP level science and math for local examinations.

sat chem is pretty hard. It does even cointain AP stuff...
Im pretty sure I managed an 790 bc i was in AP chem...if i would hav been in honors---> not good

The chem isn't that bad...at all. The only way to assure a great score would be by studying now and taking it in October. Study about 2 months prior to the test if you want a really high score and have a very BRIEF background on Chemistry. The topics generally all repeat themselves, so buy a few review books and start taking notes. Just make sure to study 1-2 hours a day, and stick to it.

Yeah, I definitely agree. I got a 790 with AP chem. If you take AP chem ,then this test will be a breeze. Not to ruin anybody's hopes, but I have yet to see a high AT chem score from somebody who has taken only honors/regular chem and has studied for the test.
