Not sure which colleges I should apply to... (low gpa)

If it helps at all, I'm new here. I apologize in advance if I've posted it in the wrong area or have incorrect formatting.
Alright. I have an unfortunately low 3.1, at a highly competitive school, I've gotten AP scores of 4 & 5 (History and Psychology). I'm taking two more APs this year...
My SAT scores are 730 Reading, 680 Math, and... 560 Writing (Fell asleep during writing the essay), which makes it a 1970. My ACT score is 29.
I have 200+ hours of volunteering, and I've worked from 10th-12th grade. I have a recommendation letter from the volunteer organization I work for, and both my workplaces.
I have some excuses for my low gpa... Like.. Depression, anxiety, ADD, family economic issues. Wasn't allowed to take medicine because they thought I'd overdose and my parents strongly disapproved. Um. I'll leave it at that. It's just... not a pretty topic.
Any pointers of which schools I should apply to...?
My major will be either social work, psychology... Parents are pushing me to study economics or finance or business, though.
EDIT: Also, I'm not too worried about money. My parents have a bit saved up for me, and I can also work through the school year and summer as I've done before.
I apologize for being vague.

How much do your parents have saved up for college? College takes at least 4 years, so if they have $200k saved up for college, then you’re fine for many schools.

However, if they have $80k saved for college, then you have to be concerned about how much more they’ll contribute each year.

Yes, you may be able to work, but those funds will likely go to “day to day” expenses and maybe books, but not likely going to pay for tuition, room, and board.

Is that your weighted GPA?

Be sure to ALSO apply to some financial safety schools…these are ones that will give you substantial merit for your stats.

I know that Alabama will accept you and it has a very good School of Social Work and strong psych dept. Are you considering getting your MSW and becoming a LCSW?

http://socialwork.ua.edu/

It also has a good B-school for econ and finance… You might even be awarded some scholarship money for your SAT, but nothing for sure because of your GPA. Bama’s app is fast and easy.

Bama has a gorgeous campus, strong academics, and friendly people.

Oh, my weighted GPA is 3.3, thank you for the suggestion!
