<p>I was on the UC Transfer and this forum for a while, and I was set to turn down Berkeley to go to Boston College. I submitted my deposit and everything.</p>
<p>And then...I got into Duke University! :)</p>
<p>Just wanted to clear things up, since I didn't visit CC since I said I'll go to BC. </p>

<p>Wow you were all over the place. That must have been a crazy process to think about; living in Boston or SF then ending up in NC.</p>
<p>oh Duke… I wanted to apply there but after I read their policy on transfers I gave up… They only give you financial aid up to two years, and after that you’re on your own; but its a fantastic school nonetheless.</p>

<p>Aw, congratulations! And just so you know, I think a lot of people here would care about this thread. A lot of us are still freshman (counting down the days until we transfer), and it’s so inspiring to read threads like this.</p>
