<p>my friend said it wus the 21st as well, but UNC says its the 20th i thought.
well, for 1st deadline applicants, it was supposed to be posted up on the 30th of January, but because of the snow storm, the decision was delayed to the next day, January 31st.
as far as what time, i have NO clue, but i hope they put them up early because i have to work early that morning & i wanna know!</p>
<p>The decision day for EA applicants actually got delayed a couple weeks before the snow storm & January 31.</p>
<p>the official release day for UNC EA was the 30th all along though.</p>
