<p>You need to call the admissions office, check if it was received. If you need to send any other important document, I would send it certified so that you know it was signed and received. You still have plenty time

<p>Look at the admissions activity center online, the same page where you checked your online status and other things. When you click the online status button again it should say whether they received it or not.</p>
