<p>Also anxiously awaiting my rejection/acceptance…the website does say it will be POSTMARKED March 17; does that mean we won’t actually get it until tomorrow? My first choice was Global issues, and I also applied for the Summer Scholars program</p>

<p>I’m going to guess that those of you with closer proximity will find out/receive your letters first. My daughter is down here in Georgia, so it will likely take an extra day or so to find out.</p>

<p>Nothing in NY and no change on the online account either, hoping to hear soon! The suspense is killing me!</p>
<p>Plot twist: my mother called ND, and they said they are still in the middle of processing applications and should have results by the end of the week. My reasoning is that if we have to have our applications in on a deadline, they should have our results when they say they will…</p>
<p>Ughhh seriously! So it probably won’t be till next week that we hear back… This is all I was looking forward to this week!</p>
<p>Thank you aznsarose. That line “should have results by the end of the week” is discouraging–it implies that they might not even have them done or sent out until next week! Did they give your mom any more details? Were they apologetic?</p>
<p>I agree with your reasoning on deadlines. But unfortunately since they’re paying all student expenses they get to call the shots. ~X( </p>
<p>I called yesterday and was told they would be sent out today. @aznsarose, are you sure she didn’t ask about the Summer Scholars program? That’s different from the Leadership Seminar and those do go out later than the Leadership Seminars letters.</p>
<p>So nervous…I applied for the Science and Ethics seminar. I don’t want to get my hopes up, but can’t help really hoping I got in!</p>

<p>My mom said that she felt the other woman on the line seemed very relaxed, like it was not a big deal, in comparison to herself (who was obviously very anxious about my results haha). The lady from Notre Dame said the results should be finished “in a couple days,” and she called this morning. I’m sure it was this program, maybe it depends on which seminar inside the program? </p>
<p>My mom just sent an email asking when we should expect the letters. Will let you all know what they respond!</p>
<p>Thanks, I spoke to our Guidance Counselor at school this evening and she said that she called ND yesterday and was also told that the Leadership seminar results would not be out until the end of the week. I don’t think they could be confusing it with the Summer Scholars–their release date is 2 weeks later
