So the app is due October 1st, any other hopefuls out there? I’m a current student at Holy Cross across the street from Notre Dame. I made a 3.63 and a 3.75 the past two semesters and was denied fall admission. Taking 18 credit hours with a class at Notre Dame this semester. Wrote for a student paper at ND and played club lacrosse at Holy Cross my freshman year. No family that went to ND, had a graduate school dean write my letter of recommendation for Fall 2017. 3.4 High school GPA, 610 math 590 english. Do I have any shot at mid semester or should I just focus on Fall 2018? Taken all of the correct courses and am taking 18 hours to make sure I have everything I need. Working on upping my GPA as much as possible. I know only a few people are accepting for Spring semester, just didn’t know what chance I have and if it would look bad to apply as a transfer 3 different times.
Anybody know if you can transfer into fall 2018 as a junior?
@bKrOSU10 You can transfer into ND as a junior, they have guidelines on the admissions website and I’ve talked to someone who transferred as a junior. @Sjeffrey Your stats make me nervous, I’m in a similar situation. My GPA is a bit lower, but I’m in three clubs and a class at ND among other things. I’ll be interested to hear what others have to say?
@bKrOSU10 you can transfer as a junior, but you might not graduate on time.
