<p>The top of the Midyear report says that it must be postmarked by November 1st for SCEA. Doesn't that seem a little pointless, because it would be including the same information as the counselor rec? The more detailed instructions don't say anything further about the earlier EA deadline--only to wait until completion of the first semester. </p>

<p>from what i understood, they didn't want the midyear report for scea, since it'd only have quarter grades. i may be wrong, though.</p>
<p>SCEA is based on your junior grades. The midyear report will need to be sent as well, but it is not used for admissions.</p>
<p>read the print below where you put your name and info. it says after the completion of the first trimester, semester, or whatever.</p>

<p>I would probably call them anyway, atleast that's what I'm doing. I probably also gonna call to see if i have to rush my SAT score report in.</p>
