November 2008 Sunday=International December 2008 Saturday!

was math also the same? o_____O

^i think so.. lol

collegeboard guys really need to retire....

I did it on Sunday and it wasn't the same..

yes because it was Sunday. the reason they did this nonsense was because they knew sunday kids wouldnt take a saturday paper

-9 = 690 means the curve was lenient. I think it is -3 = 800. In most exams -9 converts to 680. The math curve is also OK.

Yes Sunday kids wont take Saturday exams, but even then they used the art critic one twice in Sunday examination. First as an experimental section, and then as a real one. And they are apparently still "experimenting" it on us. Ridiculous!

this test is not a standarized test anymore

how can they use the same questions

Ok 1 to 2 can be okay but not all.

College board sucks!

Woohoo! At least the CR curve is gracious. :)

-9 = 690 isn't all that gracious. it's a pretty normal curve. we don't really know what it's like in the 700s region do we?

It is gracious. If you look through the scoring curves of previous administered tests you will find that -9 generally corresponds to 680. I found only one test in which -9 was 690, and that had a very generous curve. -3(raw score) =800. -5(raw score) =770. A normal curve has 760 for -4 (raw score).

that's good then =)

i'm hoping for something like -5 = 770. afaik i only know of 1 CR mistake so far, but i'm expecting up to five just in case.

If it is as the title of the thread, this is so unfair!

it is. but note one of my comments on this thread. overlaps are close to impossible and even then, people from november were not supposed to discuss.

Ah, in the May SAT, a -8 was 660. So if a -8 can produce a score in the vicinity of 700 this time, I am satisfied.
