What did everyone else say for that one? I think they agreed as well.

also what was the answer in the walking passage
about like what it figuratively means.
I was stuck between interconnectedness and social harmony

I put interconnectedness I think.

yeah i put that too
for the civic textbook one i was stuck between the more agressive, and agree with
i chose the agree with one at the end tho

Deleted post.

For the Machu Picchu passage, was the question asking about the significance of the experiment stations “to reflect on religious traditions” or “to study a variety of plants”?

Variety of plants.

Thanks. And what’s the general consensus on the question asking which was most similar to the drab card of hands? I put monkey riding a tiger but some people put rattling chain.

I don’t remember the question you’re asking, but one of the answers to a question was indeed rattling chain.

Anybody remember the unequivocal question at all? was it like “ready” or something? i don’t think i put unequivocal and it seemed right at the time. what were some other options?

I put rattling chain, because playing “the drab hand of cards you were given” implies that you were restricted and limited by what was given to you by fate. The chain seemed like the most similar comparison.

water = moistened
layered = levels of zones or something
task = like carrying a rock up a mountain
something followed by personal hypothesis/theory
lines 7-9 (details) to illustrate the importance of the site
patches = plots
to study a variety of plants

hydrogen

-independence from foreign energy even if coal is less efficient
-passage two gives benefits/drawbacks while passage 1 gives praise or something
-both agree that engine is less efficient
-yield = produce
-comparison of battery powered automobile and gas powered
-doubtful in the end?
-unequivocal
-ready

fate:
rattling of chain

videogames = diversion
first line presents theory that author challenges

BSO conductor was
-tone = admiring
-musicians worked as hard as he did
-his appearance and something
-dolce = beautiful musical qualities
-overbearing with other composers
-obstinacy
-bethoven = ethusiastic about new work

lang
-mothers appreciation of lang
-tabernacle, trespasses = sensory
-childish vocab should be abandoned
-perpetuate something…

For the fuel cell one, was one of the answers that the author of passage 1 would say that hydrogen is worth it because efficiency offsets the costs of getting the hydrogen? Something like that? I agree with everything you have for that passage though.

What was the “perpetuate” question on language again?

@ Jdong, I think so.

It was, “We perpetuate ancient languages everyday when we speak.” or something like that

another addition, to the BSO one, there was a question about what we could assume about other orchestras.

was it, they depended on solists for more revenue?

and anyone expand on the question about the orchestra conductor’s “appearnce one…”

i remember there were alot of questions/answers refering to his appearance, can anyone be more specific?

I put that other orchestras depended on solists for revenue.

And the appearance one was talking about which feature of his the audience liked most.

To Cross the Universe,

for “task = like carrying a rock up a mountain”

What was the question? I might have missed that one, but I forgot what the choices were. Does anyone remember that question?

It was asking which was most comparable to dragging soil all the way up the terrace/mountainside or something

i did much much worse on CR than i first thought =(
