November 2010 SAT - International

was the question about how many 2 digit integers that are between 10 and 100 and have odd tens digit and even units digit in the experimental section?

Wow, I read through the whole thread and it’s been the same questions being asked over and over again. Please read people.

Anyway, I put central vs. tangential for the architecture question, not sure though :/

no that wasnt experimental

The old women in the village passage was ridiculously easy. Curve’s going to be harsh. :|

MY GOD. CR is the hardest I have taken in my life

@Knuffles

Do you have a particular reason why you put central vs. tangential as the answer?
Because I put that too!
But people are saying that it’s actually conflicted vs. intergrated…

December 2008 :)). Thanks math_h1

@waterworks
did you put intense pleasure?? or escalating tension?
oh and what did you put for the characterizing…
forceful and direct?

I dont think that is forceful and direct. frail or something.
Yah, I put conflicted and integrated. It should not be central and tangential because the word central is a trick ( in th first sentence, there is a word “center”.)
Anyone put unorthodox or something on an sentence completion

i put it imposing and staturesque. Because she isn’t direct, and not really forceful. Imposing means more like asserting one’s own presence and that felt like the right answer

can someone plz remind me of what the question was for the conflicted vs integrated?
and in the monarch one, one of the answers was:
climatic disruption rite?

what did you guys put for identifying errors: doctor one and suggested to/ suggests lookingc

@timmy the doctor one is would have (although most people here have been saying NE).
and yea looking was right

so both had errors?

yep. I am about 90% sure on those. Having seen so many practice tests, I kinda got the hang of “SAT language” lol

cod4vsut3: I put frail because I think “imposing and staturesque” is the assumption from the relationship between his wife and the aunt. However, that inference is wrong (she is barely 5 feet or so)

@babyboom. Remember she spoke to the narrator in a tone that was almost rude? Thats why I didn’t put frail + (something)

hmmm but the passage does talk about the aunt speaking in a very direct way…
“straightforward…”

SAT tests your ability to make yourself believe BS. LOL

@babyrummy
I don’t remember specifically why, but I remember it was because of the word tangential, not central.
