OMG I honestly had no idea they repeated subject tests- seriously blown by the fact that this test was almost identical to June 2010 and December 2011…

@jy2013 I put the same thing but I was pretty confused about it… I wasn’t sure why it was supported.

Did anyone notice that the test had A LOT of data analysis questions? Also, in the question with the lime water, what di you guys put for the purpose of bottle 1?

I put to take the carbon dioxide out because the limewater in that container was cloudy because it was shaded which was what I guessed shaded meant… However, i was wondering why there was a second bottle if the first bottle took all the carbon dioxide out already, I didn’t have time to think about that tho lol

i’m lazy and kind of busy packing for this new york trip I have tomorrow. I don’t want to look through 60 pages of june 2010 biology thread… if anybody has the compiled answer sheets can they post it here?

yea i remember hearing from someone that bio subject tests are rotated.
ok if the bio M curve is that good…doesn’t that mean the E curve would be pretty good too? i mean they usually don’t have super different cruves

I honestly put pituitary for the Hormone Z question but I don’t remember the question exactly. I thought the 1-60 questions were harder than the E section so I hope the curve is big. What was the E curve on the June 2010?

I think I put pituitary for that one too.
If you look at the Barron’s book, the curve is a lot more generous for Bio E than it is for M. A friend of mine took the practice test in the Barron’s book and got a 680, but when he took the actual SAT subject test he ended up getting 800.

For question 60, did anyone get E as the answer? It was the question about the snakes and the face heating and which path (1-5) could it replace without altering the results.

It’s not horrible. I’m a Senior and I took AP Bio 2 years ago. I might study hard over Thanksgiving but I’m also taking Physics and Math so… Meh :/
